Mohamed started his career in finance over 20 years ago from the very bottom.   As a Mortgage Loan Originator, he has been recognized for his performance in production, marketing and customer loyalty.  He's a leading expert in the mortgage field, this is reflected from his 2 published mortgage books and dozens of published financial articles.

What is your position:

Why did you choose this field:
I enjoy problem solving and am also a whiz with numbers but most importantly I love helping people & watching their dreams of home ownership turn into fruition

How often do you volunteer & where:
Pretty often at a local food pantry in Queens; I also sporadically cook meals for the homeless and deliver gifts to a local orphanage during Christmas; I even got an awesome red Santa hat

How do you help your clients:
I'm honest with them so I go over absolutely everything to avoid any surprises; this ensures a smooth process. Secondly I provide them with info on the various steps within the process in plain English; this way they know exactly what they're getting into and this answers a lot of questions that didn't come up yet; I believe in transparency. I always look after my clients best interest and am not scared to fight for them.  Another thing I do is i'm always accessible even if it's 10pm on a Sunday I pick up my phone, i've slept on the couch many times because of this. 

What are you known for: 
I wrote a Mortgage Book & have multiple published Blogs but I think it's probably for the Mortgage Videos i've done, I still get calls on even the old ones.

What inspires you:
My Mom; she's by far the toughest person I know.  She's real tough; i'd rather get Iron Mike Tyson mad; I can live without an ear.

Are you more of a hunter or a gatherer? 
Hunter for sure, just point me at them

If you could be any animal in the world, what animal would you be and why?
Tiger for sure, they're awesome & a force to be reckoned with. 

Name an accomplishment
Their are quite a few to choose from but i'd have to go with losing over 200lbs naturally even though I haven't hit my goal yet i'm on my way

What's your ultimate goal?
To create time to focus on philanthropy, I've strategized streamlining the Mortgage process to the point that the brand can grow as well as become self sufficient all I need to do is pull the resources to execute.  Once executed i'll step back from the business some what and open local community centers that are not political, biased or any hidden agenda.  These community centers will have a: Soup Kitchen; Food Pantry & Skills Training as well as a Talent Venue for our local communities.  

Well their would be an agenda, it would be to teach about the power of positive thinking & actions.  Unfortunately within the community for the most part we've been lead to believe that negative traits are the road to power but in fact positivity is complex and can only be executed by the strong.

Did you know that the food pantries can actually get the food for free from the food bank.  Imagine a location where people could gather and break bread after a cooking class then attend a class hosted by different local professionals whether it's self defense; how to professional dress or speak then enjoy some live music & all that's asked of participants is to leave their negativity and agendas at the door. 

I know it sounds it sounds like it can't be done, but I love doing what people tell me I can't!  That's what plans & execution is for.


What's your biggest obstacle to reaching this goal?
Time & like minded people willing to take action.  

I am not by any means the most religious person at all but their's a verse in the Quran called Al-Asr that even as a young knucklehead always stuck in my head.  It literally translates to the word Time, paraphrased & stripped down this 3 line verse basically states "Humankind is in loss except for those that do good deed & enjoin with others to do good deeds".
